A fun thoughtful podcast

I already loved Nikki’s other podcasts and this is a great way to see her interests in movement, Pilates and fitness meld together. She interviews a wide range of people in fitness and as always has a great array of questions and insights. Definitely worth listening to as a teacher or coach!

Educates & entertains in one breath

Nikki has the wonderful ability to entertain and educate all in one breath. This podcast should be required listening for anyone who eats, breathes, and moves (or plans on doing so in the next 24 hours). As a physical therapist, I appreciate the smart and practical approach to health and fitness she provides and appreciating that there is the ideal world and the real world.
