Absolutely Obsessed
I’m an avid podcaster and I usually try to listen to one a day. However I can listen to these two all day long. I’m American so their accents make it an easy listen. But more importantly they have literally taken all of the stress and intimidation out of training and having a better relationship with food. If you’re a beginner or if you’re a pro there is something to learn here in every one of their podcasts. Thank you guys for making a podcast that is so helpful and important!

This is a great fitness podcast. No bs just straight to what you need to know with complete coverage on the topic of the week. You guys motivate and relax me to concentrate on my fitness from sleep to kitchen to gym. I could listen to you daily. Thanks for your time and effort.
