Pierre podcast

I just finished listening to the podcast. I found it to be very perceptive and profound. Pierre broke things down and made them manageable. I especially identified with the back pain example because I have lived with back pain for so many years. I felt validated also because one of the questions I asked was answered. I would be very happy to hear another podcast with Pierre since this first one touched me deeply.
Thank you so much for offering these podcasts in addition to the virtual reality, community sharing and incentives.

Most relevant podcast to me

So far all the Flowly interviews I’ve seen and heard are the most relevant and real conversations I’ve heard about being a chronic pain and chronic condition patient. I especially learned a lot from the episode with Pierre the mind body specialist. Also loveeeeee the breathing exercise in the beginning, I literally downloaded the app because of it. So good.
