    Qualities Men Love About Women

Respect is a deep admiration of a person’s beliefs, contribution, and choices. To facilitate more experience of Respect, practice verbalizing appreciation of your partner. This will increase your sense of admiration and trust in their abilities even if they differ from yours.
Loyalty- this can look many different ways, often men will experience loyalty as a form of support; a backing of their character and a sense of pride in who they are as a person and a partner. To facilitate more experience of Loyalty, many Feminine energy women need a container (emotional boundaries that clarify the relationship) to feel safe.
Kindness- a natural disposition of generosity, sweetness, and gentleness. To facilitate more experience of Kindness, focus on meeting the deeper emotional needs of the Feminine being seen, heard, and safe.
Honesty- being able to ask for what you need and speak your Truth without attack or criticism. To facilitate more experience of Honesty there has to be safety because honesty requires vulnerability and the more you trust your partner’s reaction, the more willing you’ll be to share (even uncomfortable) information.
Empathy/Care for Others- being attuned and nurturing to others people (including her man).To facilitate more experience of Empathy and Care for Others (including you/family), focus on ways he/she feels supported (or spoiled ;p). Everyone has things on their plate that, if removed, would open up emotional bandwidth to be more available to nurture.
Playfulness is innate to the Feminine. When she’s not weighed down by her own survival energy, happiness and pleasure are naturally expressed. Men, facilitate more experience of Playfulness, play together, get creative, and help her feel secure in other areas of her life.
Groundedness/emotional maturity requires time and space to create. This isn’t about being perfect but rather committed to the process of growth. It requires a lot of integrated masculine energy to create a sense of safety and stability within herself and the container.

    Dads. (Especially girl dads)

Men are so important- dare we say, critical- to creating healthier relationships.

With this week being Fathers Day in the U.S. we wanted to take some time to share the way our own dads have impacted our emotional journey- what that looked like specifically as well as how we’ve created adult-to-adult bonds with our dads.

We have deep respect and gratitude for men who are healing their own emotional wounds- you are changing the trajectory of relationship experiences for generations that follow you. We see you.

If you want our support, check out our group coaching call, June 30th at 6pm CST

The intention of this show is to bring together men and women in harmony and honor each other's masculine and feminine energetic cores.

In this episode of For the Love of Men Podcast we discuss:

Being able to explore deeper emotions with you than you can on your own, he’s willing to share in the emotional labor of conscious relationships.
Executing a plan with excellence, being accountable for the whole process and leading the way.
When men are connected to their purpose and taking responsibility for their space.
One listener pointed out the work ethic of men, providing care and creating an experience that is positive for those around you.
Taking charge of their inner space as a form of integrity and following through.
Being generous, it is empowering for people around you when you see others as equals and give from a place of integrity.
Talking to me, not at me. Seeing a person as equally capable keeps the dynamic multidimensional instead of objectifying them.
Authenticity instead of “superficial charm” (i.e. manipulation), trusting that who you are is enough for the right person. Self-confidence is hot!
Loving their kids (if they have them) well. Nurturing requires masculine energy, when women see men who prioritize and nurture their children, it is an obvious display of many green flags for a potential relationship.
Being able to allow independence and connection with others (healthy interdependence)
Treating others with respect. Respect goes along with seeing other people as capable, worthy individuals.
Taking responsibility and accountability for their own growth and life experience (i.e. learning new skills, hobbies, etc)
Asking great questions will go far in dating. Not just that, but being genuinely curious and ask follow up questions. Don’t be afraid to explore the experience of the person you’re with 3

#30 What You Need to Understand if Your Feminine Energy Partner is Closed (The Support She May Not Have the Words to Ask For)

#30 What You Need to Understand if Your Feminine Energy Partner is Closed (The Support She May Not Have the Words to Ask For)

In this episode of For the Love of Men Podcast we discuss:

BEing is a very Feminine Energy quality. This can only occur when you are also experiencing safety. In a healthy dynamic, your Feminine Energy will naturally open when you sense the opposite energy in your partner (we all have Masculine/Feminine energies and being able to trust the other person’s Masculine energy is what will create more emotional safety, regardless of gender).
Many women come to the table with unconscious wounds, distrust, and resentment toward the collective Masculine. This isn’t your job to heal for her, but trust that you play a part in her healing by being able to stay present and allow her to express her Truth. This requires you to also explore your history/beliefs about Feminine energy so you can integrate safety within yourself as well.
A woman cannot open- her heart, mind, or body- to you if she isn’t experiencing safety. Part of this is her work to be able to trust herself and set boundaries to allow her to stay open and understanding this will help you hear her boundaries and create more safety by not asking her to override them.
We all communicate our boundaries, your job (man or woman) is to hear them and believe them so we can truly honor the other person as their are. This is one of the most integrated Masculine energy expressions. Many men practice this (and women may not be sensitive enough to recognize it) and some men are socialized to “try harder” because she is “playing hard to get” and this doesn’t create the feeling of being seen- energetically- for the Empowered Feminine, and therefore she can’t naturally open around you.
The sturdiness of your Masculine Energy (not socialized masculine traits) is what allows her to lean on you while her heart, mind, and body softens and naturally express more Feminine energy. If you’re in doubt of what she specifically needs/wants to soften, ask 3

#29 Thriving in a Single Season

#29 Thriving in a Single Season

If you want our support, check out our group coaching call, May 19th at 6pm CST

The intention of this show is to bring together men and women in harmony and honor each other's masculine and feminine energetic cores.

In this episode of For the Love of Men Podcast we discuss:

Since we don’t know how long before your ‘person’ comes along, it is a gift to learn how to be with different aspects of yourself. Focal Point: What would feel different about Personal Development if you had permission to stop looking for reasons someone may not like you (aka things to fix/heal before you can be in a relationship)? This is how you start taking responsibility for yourself from a place of “enough-ness”.
Use this season to get clear on what makes you happy and how you can give that to yourself so you can come to any relationship with the resources to be your best/brightest self. This helps you attract the right people and gives you the confidence to continue investing in yourself no matter our relationship status. Focal Point: Notice where you feel most “yourself” (what you’re doing, who you’re with, what you’re wearing/eating, etc). This is your gift to a relationship- the most fulfilled, unique version of you 3
This integration period will set you up for greater success and more growth as you continue to date when you can use it as a time to take accountability and evaluate your own tendencies from a place of self-compassion. Focal Point: When you are able to see yourself with love and acceptance, you are less willing to contort yourself to be what someone else needs for the sake of earning love and acceptance (often the basis for the relationship dynamics from the past). You’re a catch, even as you’re working on your trauma ;P

#28 Underrated Dating Advice (So Grounded That It May Have Been Overlooked)

#28 Underrated Dating Advice (So Grounded That It May Have Been Overlooked)

If you want our support, check out our group coaching call, May 19th at 6pm CST

The intention of this show is to bring together men and women in harmony and honor each other's masculine and feminine energetic cores.

In this episode of For the Love of Men Podcast we discuss:

Outside support is required to keep the dynamic clean.

Sometimes we get to create intimacy by opening up to our partners parts of ourselves we may have never exposed before. And yet, healthy relationships don’t set up the other person to be your therapist/parent.
Sometimes, high-quality support is the healing balm- to be held in the safety of someone who experientially understands how you are feeling (and why). When women actively seek out support from women/people with whom they feel safe it not only heals the sisterhood wound that many of us carry but also allows us to speak more freely and receive a different type of empowered energy than we would from even the most integrated partner. The same is true for men (although we aren’t men, we get to benefit from the way other men can support the men in our lives in the ways we cannot).

Focal Point: “Would I want this part of their life?” and “Does my body feel relaxed around them?” to discern whose advice to seek.

    2. You can’t be the other person’s world.

We all have masculine energy and when it is not anchored into our purpose, it is easy to use it to lasso our partner, making them the center of our universe. This creates an unhealthy dynamic because it flips polarity- the wounded Feminine is now leading the relationship. Instead of being something two people are overflowing into and being nourished by, it becomes unstable under the weight of one partner’s happiness. This also reduces the likelihood you will take appropriate action to remove yourself from a dynamic which doesn’t align with your values or support your growth because you have invested so much of your Self (not just time, energy, money, etc) that you feel insecure without it.

Focal Point: Your masculine energy is best of service to your purpose so your relationship can enhance your experience instead of absorbing it.

    3. Explore what makes you happy first.

Even the best relationship is only one part of your “best life”. Part of setting up your partner to win is to set them up to win when it comes to the ways they get their needs met. This feels like freedom within a relationship to maintain the outside supplies of energy that fill your partner up so they can contribute to the relationship. It’s not our job to make sure our partner is meeting all of our needs, it’s our job to create the ability to support needs being met.

Focal Point: Intimacy can be built when you figure it out on your own and bring that to the relationship AND when you can hold the space (keep your partner in their power when they are feeling vulnerable).
