    Apple Agrees to Payout over Siri Eavesdropping!

    Apple has agreed to payout $95 million as part of a class action lawsuit over Siri eavesdropping! I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. Our phones are always listening and while many of us have accepted that reality and traded our privacy for convenience, Apple will have to pay a price for their part in it.  Apple has agreed to dole out a whopping $95 million to settle a class action lawsuit over their virtual assistant function, Siri. This payout will resolve an ongoing lawsuit out of California that accused the company of deploying Siri to eavesdrop on people using iPhone and other devices.  According to the lawsuit, even when users did NOT summon Siri, the virtual assistant STILL recorded conversations and then shared them with advertisers as a means to target products to those consumers.  Apple isn’t admitting to it or acknowledging wrongdoing in the settlement.  If it’s approved, tens of millions of customers who owned iPhones or certain other Apple devices between September 17th, 2014 through the end of last year could be eligible to file claims and get a piece of that pie.  Big brother, and possibly Sister Siri, are always listening!     NJ Ends Basic Literacy Test for Teachers

    As of January 1st, New Jersey TEACHERS are NO LONGER required to pass the basic literacy test. I kid you not. I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. Our students- on average- are failing and if they’re not failing, the standards have been lowered to “fail-proof” their performance.  But instead of cleaning all this crap up and getting back to basics, New Jersey decided to lower the standards for TEACHERS! Based on an act signed into law by Democrat Governor Phil Murphy, “individuals seeking an instructional certificate will no longer need to pass the Praxis Core Test, a basic skills test for reading, writing, and math that is administered by the state’s Commissioner of Education.” According to Democrat state senator Jim Beach, who sponsored this move, the state needs more teachers and lowering the standards is apparently the best way to get them. The New Jersey entity associated with the major National Education Association was reportedly the driving force behind this move. Apparently they believe the literacy test to be an unnecessary barrier for educators. This is truly the blind leading the blind!     Biden Honors Hillary and Soros!!

    In order to cement his legacy as one of the worst presidents in history, Joe Biden awarded Presidential Medals to these two clowns!   I’m Tomi Lahren, find out who, next.   Joe Biden will leave behind a legacy of destruction and disarray, one incoming President Trump will have to spend the next 4 years cleaning up.   But to cap off his horrible reign, Joe Biden awarded Hillary Clinton and George Soros with the nation’s highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom.    It’s not hard to see or understand why many on social media erupted after this announcement.    Elon Musk rightfully labeled the decision to award George Soros with the honor as a “travesty.”    Soros has done nothing but wreak havoc on our country through his funding of destructive activist movements and support of soft on crime DAs.   He is a menace, not an honoree!   And don’t get me started on Hillary Clinton! That woman is not only the sorest election loser in American history, but also one of the most divisive and dishonest women to ever grace the national stage.   But let’s be honest, at this point Joe Biden is likely just doing what he’s told by the same shadowy folks that have been truly running America for the last 4 years!!     Trump to be SENTENCED Days Before Inauguration!

    New York Justice Juan Merchan just won’t let it go.  He will sentence PRESIDENT-ELECT Donald Trump just 10 days before he is inaugurated as our 47th president. I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. Most legal scholars agree that Donald Trump should have NEVER been tried, much less convicted in that BS “hush money” sham case out of New York. But nevertheless, it happened and now, in what may be the most petty move yet, Justice Juan Merchan announced he will sentence Donald Trump on January 10th, just 10 days before his inauguration. Trumps’ legal team has argued for a motion to dismiss the entire thing and vacate the motion on account of not only the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling, but also the fact he will soon be our 47th president!  But right on brand, Justice Merchan refused and will instead sentence Trump just days before he is sworn in. Though Merchan indicated Trump will not be placed behind bars, the whole charade is still a shameless farce! Leave the man alone and let him GOVERN!  WE THE PEOPLE are sick of these sideshow judicial distractions!     Stacey Abrams Disses Trump’s Victory

    Democrat darling Stacey Abrams insinuates Donald Trump’s electoral victory wasn’t that impressive.  Was she asleep on November 5? I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. Stacey Abrams has long been a bitter Betty when it comes to electoral losses. She’s also well-known for criticizing Georgia’s election integrity measures.  So I guess we shouldn’t be surprised Stacey recently delivered this way off base assessment of the November 5th Trump victory saying, “Donald Trump won the election, but it wasn’t a landslide,” and going on to say it wasn’t a seismic shift. Hmm I’d say Trump winning all the swing states, the electoral collage, the popular vote, and making huge gains across demographics counts as a seismic shift.  Oh, and Republicans also kept the House and took the Senate.     Trump to Hold Pre-Inauguration Victory Rally

    President-Elect Donald Trump is reportedly planning a massive victory rally in DC the day before his inauguration. I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. If there’s one thing Donald Trump can do better than any politician in history, it’s attract an audience and he’s reportedly planning to do just that on January 19th in Washington DC, just ahead of his historic inauguration.  Donald Trump will hold a rally-like event at the Capital One Arena, a venue that’s home to the Wizards basketball team and Capitals hockey team and can hold around 20,000 people.  The event is scheduled to kick off around 3pm, according to an event sign-up link blasted out by the Trump/Vance Inaugural Committee.  The rally will be billed as “The "Make America Great Again Victory Rally” and that it is.  Donald Trump’s historic election victory is certainly something to celebrate.  The man was raided, investigated, indicted, convicted, and even SHOT in the ear all before facing off against an entirely new contender just months before the election.  So I say that’s an achievement worthy of a multi-day celebration!     Comedian Slams CNN ON CNN!

    Comedian Whitney Cummings scorched CNN on CNN and it was magical. I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.  The Anderson Cooper/Andy Cohen New Year’s Eve coverage on CNN is never short on controversy, but this year’s broadcast was the best yet thanks to comedian Whitney Cummings.  Cooper and Cohen were stunned to hear Cummings not only dunk on the Democrat Party, but on CNN itself, while ON CNN! In her roast, she insinuated the Democrat Party couldn’t hold a primary because they were too busy literally holding up Joe Biden.  She also noted how hard Kamala was forced on the American people.  But perhaps the best part was when she slammed CNN’s shrinking audience and dismal ratings.  No lies detected!  Whitney Cummings rang in the New Year with both humor and truth!     NOLA New Year’s TERROR Attack

    Not even a New Year’s Eve celebration is safe anymore.  The government continues to fail the American people. I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. While most of us were sleeping off the New Year’s Eve festivities, the iconic French Quarter’s Bourbon Street and the innocent people on it were rammed to death and shot by the now deceased suspect, 42- year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar. At least 10 people are dead and dozens injured, including two police officers.  We’re still learning about the suspect but I think it was pretty dang apparent from the jump that this was a terror attack, though the FBI took awhile to figure that one out.  Initially, the FBI spokeswoman denied it was a terror event.  Also, Bourbon Street has barricades for this exact reason, to stop someone from ramming into innocent people. Why weren’t they up? Great question.  I mean all of this just feels like a giant lapse in security and judgment.  The US government’s primary job is to protect its citizens.  Not to tax us, not to regulate us, not to tell us what kind of vehicle or light bulb or leaf blower to use, but to PROTECT US.
