Navigating Difficult Situations in the Workplace with Nancy [Coaching Series Part 1] | Episode 261

I am doing something different on the podcast this week by hosting a live coaching call with a client to show what working with a boundaries coach might look like. On episode 261 of the Fragmented to Whole Podcast, I am joined by Nancy as we navigate the difficult situations she is dealing with in the workplace.

Some of the things Nancy and I work through in this episode include:
Other people can’t hurt our feelings, it is our interpretation of what people say and do that is hurtful to us. The best time to set a boundary with someone is the moment you begin to feel uncomfortable. Using the practice of bookending to approach difficult conversations. Setting boundaries with someone whom you have previously let emotionally dump on you.  Be sure to tune in to all the episodes to receive tons of practical tips on living a more whole life and to hear even more about the points outlined above.

This week’s episode 260 of the Fragmented to Whole Podcast is about loving what is!

In this episode of the Fragmented to Whole Podcast, my guest Wendy Foster shares the importance of taking your power back from trauma and addiction and her journey back to loving and honoring herself.

Some of the talking points I go over in this episode include:
Traumatic experiences in childhood can have a lasting impact on one’s life and behaviors, holding space in the body long after the event(s) occurred. Finding a higher power and embracing spirituality can profoundly impact personal growth and well-being.A coach, sponsor, or mentor can help people discover their true identity, find their voice, and create healthy boundaries by acting as a mirror to reflect on.Recognizing and addressing underlying issues is essential for personal growth and healing.Be sure to tune in to all the episodes to receive tons of practical tips on living a more whole life and to hear even more about the points outlined above.

Spilling the family tea episode 1 & 2

These episodes are 2 of my favorites! They opened me up to trusting myself to make an big amends to myself. To tell another person and my therapist what an absolute boundless person I used to be. Since that day I have changed so much. I am no longer afraid to speak my mind, stand up for myself and I give myself time to feel my feeling, rather then react and do something I would regret and feel shameful about. Thank You, again, Barb! If you haven’t listened yet, give it a go.

so helpful to me

20 months into recovery, almost 60, i am growing up and ‘keeping the focus on myself’ to heal from dysfunctional patterns. barb’s podcast is soooooo helpful on this journey. barb articulately shares her clarity, passion and discoveries with honesty and heart. of all episodes, the one i return to again and again is bonus episode 2 - affirmations for addicts. it’s amazing. thank you for all you do, barb!

Recovery ❤️‍🩹

Hearing Barb weekly reminds me of my recovery and need to be kind to myself and that have compassion for the journey I’ve been on and where I am. The lovely light she provides weekly in easily digestible format gives me the grace to keep coming back to my recovery. I am so glad she continues to have the energy and content for the podcast. It’s so helpful without being preachy or too much. She strikes a good balance. Thanks Barb! Happy 5th!
