Customer Reviews
I learn EVERY podcast
Enlightening with self-depredation, and not overtly word nerdy! Also with a keen sense of Irish fun that makes me look forward each week to listening.
Jonathan needs to stop being so rude
I was going to subscribe but every episode I’ve listened to when they do the news at the beginning, Jonathan is always so condescending to the correspondents especially the female correspondents. It drives me nuts. The news they bring forth is very interesting and I hate that Jonathan feels the need to tell us that he’s not surprised by this news and asks “why are you?” in such a condescending manner.
Listen, Please
Good topics. :) However, a pet peeve: When interviewing an expert, LISTEN. Don’t interrupt. Clarify when needed, but allow the interviewee to wander, to explain, to teach us.
I was about to subscribe, but the female interviewer kept interrupting like an American morning TV show host. Just my own pet peeve.
