Been listening to y’all since the witch trials season and let me tell you I have thoroughly enjoyed every season. I’m the type of person who tries out a new podcast every other week and usually I can’t even get through one episode before I’m bored out of my mind but I will listen to anything yall put out. Great banter and humor, great topic choices, and I can tell you actually research and do your homework. Y’all’s convos are so interesting whether they are about something random or the actual topic. Also Ive lived in Texas my whole life and grew up in a pretty conservative catholic bubble so thank yall for being my cool liberal friends! Love yall even though im a practicing catholic🤣

love the hosts and the way they tell stories to cover the topics, but it’s frustrating clicking on an episode to learn/listen about the topic and have to get through them talking about nothing for 3/4 of the episode. There’s nothing wrong with a little bit of banter in the intro or even during the episode if it gets a little bit off topic, but it’s weird to frame your podcast as a history one when it’s majority two friends talking about nothing with only 15 min of history at the end.

im all for 10 minutes of banter at the beginning of an episode but im literally halfway through the episode and they just now started the subject.
