July WASDE Review
In this episode we go over the July WASDE. The report was very bearish for wheat. It was bullish for old crop corn and neutral for soybeans. The path of least resistance is still lower for the next six to eight weeks. Also, make sure you click on the link below and register for our webinar on August 28th:Harvest and Storage Marketing Strategies for Corn and Soybeans (https://stonex.cventevents.com/event/GrainsOilseedWebSeries/summary)Craig Turner – Commodity Futures Broker312-706-7610craig.turner@stonex.com (mailto:craig.turner@stonex.com)X: @CornWheatSoy (https://twitter.com/CornWheatSoy)

Only Growing Weather Premium Remains
US and Canada planting weather premiums have come out of the market for corn, wheat, soybeans, and canola. The market is comfortable enough with planting progress to move on to the growing season. The weather does get hotter in the forecast but there is also much improved soil moisture compared to the past few years.Grains and oilseeds are getting to price levels in the US that are starting to be more competitive with S. America and the Black Sea. They say "low prices cure low prices" and the market will be looking for increased export demand on any big price declines going forward.Farmers need to sell rallies, consumes can hold off on coverage until the fall, and I think everyone should look to buy the harvest lows come Sept/Oct. There is a chance we could get to price levels that are at (or below) the cost of production and it is either going to spark old crop demand or reduce new crop acres.Craig Turner – Commodity Futures Broker312-706-7610craig.turner@stonex.com (mailto:craig.turner@stonex.com)X: @CornWheatSoy (https://twitter.com/CornWheatSoy)

Great perspective
Hey where is your mid March update?
Easy to understand
This is a great podcast for anyone that’s wanting to get informed on what’s going on in the market side. He gives insights about why the market is going the way it is and what you can do to take advantage of it.
Superb quality, greatly informative, highly focused
Rare to find a podcast that focuses on the grains and soybeans to begin with to say nothing about one that does so with such intelligence and clarity. Turners Take does all that and more. Highly recommended.
