Not your typical, holier-than-thou food show, Green Eggs and Dan is the type of food podcast you’d make with your friends around the table, roasting more than just the food.

Should it have been called Dessert Island Discs?
Love the structure mixed with the truly conversational element of the show. Dan is a hoot and he gets the best stories and reactions from the guests. Love this show and am burning my way through every episode.
pod theme song
I like the show, very much. The theme song 🤘🏽
one of my favorites
This podcast thrives on the strength of its host and its formula. Even though each episode follows the same format, Dan manages to make unique and interesting connections with every guest he has on the show. Dan himself is very funny, and he's not afraid to learn something new from his guests. He's knowledgeable but also open-minded.
