How to age gracefully and not grow old

So far I"m loving this podcast. Gregg and Jonas it is so nice to have a podcast that helps you in the never ending aging process. I have been lucky enough to have family members living into their 90s and I want to be like the ones who were traveling and living life to the fullest not the ones that had to go to assisted living homes because they no longer can walk unassisted.

I absolutely love this podcast! It's a wonderful reminder to not only exercise but to pay attention to and actively support your overall health throughout the day. I love the idea from the second podcats of movement snacks. I think I will try to start engaging my kids after school in a game of twister, or practice our taekwondo movements when I know they're starting to get bored and about to reach for snacks. Looking forward to more shows!!

Great first podcast Gregg and Jonas! Been a Daily Burn fan since it’s inception. Love your signature moves in your arm ups. Glad you included the circadian rhythm info. I turned 70 today and so I do a lot of modifications when working out. Coming back from a knee injury at the moment. The 5 tenets of health are key and making small changes daily and not giving up. We’re all human and staying motivated can be tough. So thanks for starting this podcast. Looking forward to future episodes.
