Hi! I am Mel.

I teach Women who deeply fear being 'seen as 'bad', the skill set needed to move from a place of constant self-blame to consistent self-worth. It has been through my own Women teachers that I have been able to shed light on the darker parts of my past, and the wisdom to begin to learn the skills to heal. Healing is absolutely skill based and not one female can heal on her own.

I am deeply invested in supporting Women heal from childhood pain and patterns that follow us into adulthood, until we wake up to them.
