How Diverse Is Your Child's Current Diet?

In this episode, we talk about why eating a variety of foods is just like using many colors to make a beautiful painting. Just as a painter uses different colors to make their painting special, we need different kinds of foods to keep our bodies healthy and strong. We look at how eating many types of foods helps us get all the good stuff our bodies need, like vitamins and minerals that help us fight off germs, keep our guts healthy, and make us feel good. For example, eating foods like oranges and carrots that are full of vitamins can help keep our immune system strong, which means we can fight off colds better.

Parents, you can check out our free quiz called "Variety in Your Child's Diet", which is available on our free webinar registration page! This quiz can help you see how many different foods your child eats and what you can do to make their diet even better.

Incredibly informative

If you have a picky eater I HIGHLY suggest listening to the tips and tricks on this podcast - every episode I learn more ways to be able to help my daughter. So many creative ways to help her through her anxieties surrounding trying new foods and how to change my own approaches while dealing with mealtimes!

Send them to school with fluff?

Suggesting sending kids to school with fluff as a condiment to dip cucumbers is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Not sure where this nutritionist got her degree but I don’t think it was in-person.
