    Endings & New Beginnings

    As the end of 2022 approaches, let's take a quick glimpse back over how far we have come with a quick recap. Then we get into dealing with endings and new beginnings. It is a perfect time to work on closure for the things that happened (not just this year but any year) in our life that we need to turn the page on. Not to forget, but move forward with a lighter load. Self care has so many layers to it and we pull back another part in today’s conversation.
    This episode is about acknowledging the endings that didn’t go the way you wanted and being okay with grieving. New beginnings doesn’t mean the hard things didn’t happen, we learn to feel the feelings and let them out.
