Ep. 244: It Often Sucks Before It's a 'Blessing in Disguise'

But at the time, whatever we're going through can suck, and Natalie talks about the importance of allowing ourselves to feel instead of bypassing our feelings and forcing ourselves to be 'grateful' or look on the bright side.

Absolute Essential for Personal Growth & Accountability

Natalie Lue has been a voice of wisdom and mindfulness in my life since 2010. She does an amazing job of explaining the things we feel about ourselves and how those feelings translate into actions/affect our behavior and attitudes in every environment. I’ve recommended her podcast more than any other one out there. It’s like having a sister who’s been there, done that and wants you to make better decisions for yourself. Absolute godsend.

Life changing

I have been listening to baggage reclaim since 2019 and it Natalie’s perspective has changed my life for the better . Her words and insight aren’t just broad and narrow minded messages that I was used to hearing in the self care arena. She has amazing insight that attempts to hit all angles, angles that I had never considered. She brings you back to the core and helps you know and understand your patterns . 10/10
You will become more of true yourself if you listen with an open heart and mind to Nat lue !
