Such Great Content!
I am so glad I came across this podcast! Jill is easy to listen to and has the expertise I have been looking for. I have 5 children, one with food allergies, and all with varied food preferences. I have been focusing on finding better ways to nourish them. I have loved listening to these podcasts and reading through Jill’s webpage to get some great ideas for my children and family. Just finished the podcast with Lacey Mauritz and loved the creative way she incorporated Nursery Rhymes with cooking with children. My little ones would love this, nothing makes them happier than helping crack eggs!
Helped me so much
I’ve been listening for about a year. The advice is practical and easy to apply. It has helped me feel validated as a mom and the struggles I have with meal planning and picky eaters. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who has the privilege and responsibility of meal planning for kids.

Hi all. I am Ms in Dietetic Student and I have been receiving Jills emails for years. Every single one has better info than the previous, now that schools are back in person I started listening to her podcast while driving and wow the amount of knowledge she shares is unbelievable. Thanks Jill. !!!!
