IndependentFledgling ,

So Grateful for this Podcast!

I recently learned that my adult son suffers from drug and alcohol abuse. In my desperation and grief, I searched for resources that would help me learn about these disorders and how to best help him (and myself). I stumbled across this remarkable podcast and it literally saved my sanity during the most traumatic and stressful period of my life. Although I have never personally met any of the participants of this family support group, I consider them dear friends and hold them close to my heart. I also want to thank Caron and its team for sharing their knowledge and encouragement. What a gift!

This has been so so helpful to me when the bomb went off in our life 3 weeks ago. Thank you for sharing your experience with the world. I am in Utah.
