Paul Saladino MD podcast

Throughout my training and practice as a physician I have come to one very disappointing conclusion: Western medicine isn’t helping people lead better lives. Now that I’ve realized this, I’ve become obsessed with understanding what makes us healthy or ill. I want to live the best life I can and I want to be able to share this knowledge with others so that they can do the same. This podcast is the result of my relentless search to understand the roots of chronic disease. I hope you’ll join me on this journey.

    254. Simple Health Solutions That Reverse Chronic Disease w/ Radical Health Podcast

In this podcast, we explore the growing health movement and the urgent need to reform our food systems. As a long-time advocate for ancestral health, we discuss the concerning influence of corporate interests and flawed medical narratives. We delve into the dangers of seed oils, which disrupt cellular function and mitochondrial health, causing metabolic issues. I share a strategy for detoxing seed oils quickly using a low linoleic acid diet. We also emphasize the importance of natural light, grounding, and ancestral practices, aligning with our evolutionary biology for optimal health.I share my 2025 "ins and outs," prioritizing real foods like meat, organs, fruit, honey, and raw dairy while minimizing EMF exposure. I advocate for whole, unprocessed foods and caution against trends like methylene blue. For me, it's always meat, organs, fruit, honey, and raw dairy – an ANIMAL-BASED diet, which I believe is optimal. This inspiring conversation encourages personal responsibility, questioning norms, and reclaiming our radical health. --- --- --- 00:00 Introduction to Reposted Podcast 00:30 Seed Oil Detox & 2025 Changes 01:07 Dr. Saladino on Cultural Health Movement 01:38 2025 Health Predictions 03:55 Political Momentum for Health Change 06:37 Simplifying Food Choices & Ingredients 10:54 Food Addiction & Processed Foods 13:33 Food as Fuel vs. Harmful Addiction 17:41 Discerning Food from Poison 21:49 Misalignment of Genetics & Modern Food 23:55 Challenging Beliefs & Neurobiology 27:38 Benefits & Science of Creatine 32:17 The Harms of Seed Oils 42:40 Mechanistic Damages of Seed Oils 54:44 Detoxing Seed Oils 1:03:59 Light Diet & Cellular Health 1:07:44 Reconnecting to Ancestral Roots 1:11:47 Paul's In's & Out's for 2025 1:17:13 One Trend Paul Would Like to Die 1:20:09 Paul's Parting Words & 2025 Projects --- --- --- DISCLAIMERDr. Paul Saladino received his medical degree from the University of Arizona Medical School.
