For over 20 years, he worked in the life insurance industry predicting mortality. This meant if he got 5 years of medical records and 5 years of demographic data on you, the team that he was associated with could tell a life insurance company how long you had to live to the month. After years and years of doing this type of research and analysis, he decided he wanted to spend the balance of his lifetime helping people live happier, healthier, longer, more fulfilling lives.
With this mission in mind, he created The Ultimate Human podcast. What does it take to be a fighter in the UFC? In this episode, Gary is joined by friend and Medical Doctor, Dr. Jeffrey Davidson, Chairman and Chief Medical Director for the UFC. Grounding Episode
In response to the short episode on grounding, I was experiencing worsening arrhythmias over a four week period about three months post STEMI MI. I attributed this possibly to the heart medications impacting potassium levels and ultimately the cardiac voltage gated channels of heart cells. Two nights on an earthing blanket and my arrhythmias disappeared. Now I don’t sleep or do any office work without being grounded. For certain grounding has impacted my health in a positive way. Since it also helps with inflammation, I think every CVD patient should be grounding.
