     In this episode I break down the reasons why you should be more aware and selective about the people you hangout with on a daily basis. because both of the statements are true. If you hang around 4 millionaires you're going to be the 5th one. if you hang around 4 people who are bums and low lives then you're going to be the 5th one. So I discuss all the reasons why you should really be more selective with the people you hangout with. if your group of friends don't motivate you or inspire you to become more than the present version of yourself then you are surrounded by the wrong type of people. if you want to change your life for good and have a better future then change your friend group and change what you allow to happen in your life.

    DON'T TRY (in a good way)

    In this episode I talk about a chapter of a book called "The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F**k" by Mark Manson so all credit to Mark Manson.

    This way of "not trying" is briefly going about things in a way that is less stressful and to not not live in a way that society expects us all of us to live. The definition of success is not what you think. It's not the 6 car garage with luxurious cars, a big house, a super model wife, a rocking body or being famous and having social status. Its being happy, full of joy and being 100% comfortable in your own skin. Don't stress yourself out trying to reach a status that will give you popularity. Be yourself, know what you're good at and know what you're bad at and focus on making those things a bit better. A key to a happy and successful life is to be transparent with yourself. don't be someone you're not and be the person you are meant to be and the person you know you are.

    The 5 second rule you actually need to use

    In this episode I will talk about a trick that motivational speaker and well known author Mel Robbins calls "The 5 Second Rule". Which is the only 5 second rule we actually need to use instead of reaching for a French fry that you just dropped, Its not worth it,  I promise but this 5 second rule can and indeed change your life if you use it correctly. I encourage and challenge you to not let your brain talk you out of doing something you really want to do. Our Brain can either be our friend or our enemy and if its our enemy we are the only one shooting ourselves in the foot and holding ourself back from our full potential. Use this 5 second rule to make your life better for goodness sake. God didn't create you to be average.

    HOW TO OBTAIN AN ABUNDANT MIND

    This episode will briefly list some tips and habits that if you use them and are consistent, you will find yourself living a better life. This information will also give you that extra push to start prioritizing what thoughts and opinions you allow into your mind. If you allow good thoughts into your mind, most of the time you will start to see more good and vice versa if you let bad thoughts into your mind. I encourage you to take action to take care of your mental health. Mental health is not talked about as much and we all deal with what life throws at us and we tend to push it off to the side and accept that our life has to be that way, but it doesn't because YOU my good friend have complete control over your mind and life. You have the power and choice on how to take things that are thrown your way. you can look at a bad situation and think "why me?" or you can say "why not me?" Be the version of you that you want to be in 5 years NOW!
