Using QR Codes in Your Airbnb
Many times, guests will arrive at your property wondering about what to do, where to go, how to operate certain devices in the home etc…
In this very digital age, people want information fast and in short snippets. I have recently found a perfect way to provide my guest with the information they need and want in the manner they wish to receive it. The technology I use to do this is actually an older concept that has been revived as a result of the Corona Virus touchless environment to which we are learning to adapt. I’m talking about QR codes. Yep, they’re back and they are likely here to stay!

Responding to Private Guest Feedback
Every now and again, we hosts get private feedback in addition to a public review from a guest. Ideally, if the feedback is negative, we expect the guest to discreetly let us know privately. If you are a host that is willing to learn and grow your business to a successful level, then the private feedback shouldn’t hurt you, rather, it should be welcomed and taken seriously. In this episode, I want to talk about what to do when this happens, how to respond to it, how to integrate the suggestions and how to follow up with the guest. This will not only strengthen your hosting skills, but it will also help you to nurture and improve your brand.
