Impact leaders
From the latest podcast- from what I took away. I hope you like it.
In the quiet moments, we often find,
The impact we leave, not loud, but kind.
For it's not in grand gestures or show,
But in simple acts, our true essence does flow.
In silence, our compassion can softly sway,
Touching hearts in an unassuming way.
A smile, a word, a helping hand,
Creates ripples that reach across the land.
The biggest impressions, not in the spotlight's gleam,
But in the culture, where we silently dream.
For it's in humility and selflessness we invest,
That we make the world's finest impressions, the best.
So let us remember, in each passing day,
The impact we make when we're not on display.
In small, quiet moments, our worth is expressed,
For it's in the unimpressive, we're truly impressed.
Joe Mauer is pretty impressive.
Truly enjoyable learning
This has become my favorite podcast series. I love it because every episode highlights opportunities for anyone to become a better leader. The other thing I enjoy is that the lessons come through in conversation. This is not a series of lectures telling you what to do. It’s always a thoughtful discussion that makes you think about how you can apply the learnings to any situation happening in your life.
