Life Changing Podcast — My New Go To
I can’t express how much this podcast has helped me. Somehow, Imogen manages to perfectly articulate my thoughts, and it often feels as though she takes words right out of my mouth. I am so grateful for her optimism and words of encouragement, and I believe she strikes a really good balance between validating and sympathizing with eating-related struggles and also pushing her listeners to persevere. She has truly inspired me to recover💕
Weight Gain Episode
Last night I wasTalking with a friend about how I was having to mourn the loss of a smaller body, one that I felt safer in, and friend groups and in society and in the mirror. But there is a bigger part of me that wants to love myself, and I mean really love myself, curves and all. I’m enjoying my exercise for the first time in many years, taking rest when I need to and continuing to work on that, and eating intuitively, which is a trial and error process. This one episode I kid you not really left me with some amazing takeaways that I needed and I will probably end up listening to it again already sent to a friend!
