Such an inspiring story about surviving cancer!

I just got done listening to Ep. 25 - Shining Brightly: Cancer Journeys with Hope with Howard Brown and really enjoyed it.

I liked how Howard said his friend David inspired him to write a book about his journey and living a resilient life with good deeds in this world.

I found it interesting how he said that it was healing for him to document his life and people tell him what they learned from this book and how they're applying it to their life.

This was such an inspiring interview!

Keep up the great podcast, Linda :)

Discover Who You Really Are?

OMG! You have to listen to Linda’s Podcast. I honestly felt like she was taking to me in this episode. I know how hard it is to practice self-love on a daily basis. It’s amazing how are 5 senses can trigger our thoughts which create emotions. Linda I loved the part where you talked about how we face our self-identity
