Customer Reviews
Josh Korda is one of the good ones
Spiritual teacher and counselor who is trustworthy, kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate how intelligently he teaches at the intersection of spirituality and psychology and provides practical meditations for staying grounded in the real world.
Keep politics OUT!
Love his wisdom, but socialism and oppressiveness is NOT acceptable nor wanted. It has no place in a mindfulness and awareness practice. Or life for that matter. EVER.
I turn to you for enlightenment and growth.
You gently and accessibly introduce both the latest neuropsychology (no pressure on you to stay informed!) and age-old Buddhist wisdom. I am a contemplative elder Catholic with complex PTSD (newly recognized) and benefit from your free-range selection of topics. It doesn’t bother me when you put our personal problems in a wider social context. Our society with its social/political history shapes our psyches in many ways of which we are unaware; it is the ocean we swim in. Keep it up, please. Yours is a very needed voice.
