You're in the throes of grief and you are asked "how are you doing?" How do you answer? "I'm fine." But you're not fine. Grief can be isolating so what if we shared it? What if we candidly talked about the many forms of grief, trauma and loss? Good friends, Jen Hasty and Thomas Webb have both experienced loss. Together they sat in the ugliness of their grief and helped each other cope. Along with their stories of loss, each week a different guest will sit down with Jen and Thomas for a frank conversation about grief. Get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Grief sucks. So let's talk about it.

Do yourself a favor and listen now.
The beauty of love, the poignancy of loss, and the humor of living are wrapped up in this candid and vulnerable podcast. Hosts Jen Hasty and Thomas Web give you the freedom to experience the full complexity of grief as they interview guests and generously tell of their own lives. They will make you laugh and cry and then immediately go find your people, hug them, and never let them go. This is a gift. They are so open and honest, you can’t help but love them and feel heard and understood…even though you’re the one listening.
Bitter Sweet
Such a bitter sweet reminder of how precious our lives are . Though I have not experienced the profound levels of grief many of the guests talk about I was surprised at how relatable the stories are. It is not a matter of “if” but only “when” we will all experience losses like the ones the guest speak about . Thomas and Jen are so easy to listen to and you can tell how comfortable they make the guests feel even, talking about some ugly feelings and situations. I didn’t expect a show about grief to be more about living and levity than loss. Looking forward to more episodes. Thank you !
I say I’m fine all the time!
Every human on this planet experiences the loss of something, and the grief that ensues. Jenn and Thomas have a wonderful way of making you feel like you are in the room with them and they are your friends. You feel connection! The cadence is perfect…just the right touch of introspection, but not too much stuck in the wallows. Listen, this is a tough subject….but just listen because you will love it.
