As a coach, meditation expert and spiritual guide Rashmi brings to life the power of inner calm and presence in this podcast. She has an artful and relatable way of describing our shared human experience and offering opportunities for personal growth along our individual journeys. Rashmi imparts so much wisdom in each episode. She has truly challenged me to question the status quo and invites all of us to live a deeper richer version of our lives. Invigorating & Grounding

I could not be more impressed with and grateful for this perfectly timed podcast. Firstly, I love that it is released every Monday. THIS is what I need to kickstart and empower me each week. Rashmi often interviews high achieving women entrepreneurs who openly and humbly discuss their unique journeys to happiness and success through their discovery of mindfulness. Each episode has its own “mic drop” moment. Rashmi is a very charismatic and charming interviewer and when she is not interviewing, her solo episodes are grounding and eye opening using science to back her belief in and discuss the power of meditation, etc. Rashmi’s voice is incredibly soothing and the length of each episode is just right. I highly recommend this podcast and look forward to it every week!

GRATEFUL for this podcast!

As a single young woman with severe anxiety, I am constantly hustling at work to reach my goals, and I often go overboard in trying to prove myself and aim for more. This leads to racing thoughts and anxiety attacks when I do finally try to relax. Dr. Rashmi’s meditations, mindfulness tips, and advice on how to handle life’s stressors have been vital for me since discovering her podcast. Her guests on the show are always perfectly relevant, the conversations are intriguing and provide helpful insight, and Dr. Rashmi’s voice is insanely soothing which is a huge plus!! Highly recommend this podcast!
