Very informative!!
Although I work in a clinical setting, I am not a medical professional. I have been enjoying how Dr. Garehty is presenting information and as he puts it, “The insider’s scoop” to navigating the ER, and understanding the function of the ER within the United States medical system. This information is useful both for me personally and for some of my clients who have emergent medical needs. Thanks you for creating this content. So informative, and as a father, I love the “words from our sponsors” which are both informative and humorous to connoisseurs of dad jokes.
Great Podcast on the ER!
As a non-medical professional, the ER is a pretty intimidating place and one I’d ideally not have to spend a lot of time thinking about. But everyone should have a better understanding of how it works and how you can be an effective advocate for yourself or for a loved one should the need arise. This podcast is a great spot to do that! Highly recommended, Dr Gaherty breaks it down in a way that I found really easy to follow
