Mob stories are always all about the guys. But not this one. Anna Genovese is a New York drag club maven and bad-ass mob wife. Hollywood besties Jessica Bendinger (writer, Bring It On) and Michael Seligman (writer, RuPaul’s Drag Race) are obsessed. They piece together Anna's story, racing between speakeasies, mob informants and former drag queens. But will their heroine's secrets unlock more than they want to know about Anna... and themselves?

This needs to be a movie!
Very fun, binged it in three days after a friend recommended it.
Finally I found you!!
I listen on and off to The Bowery Boys podcast, and I love them. But one day I tried looking up history about queens, New York from them, and they did a short, 5 minute preview about Mob Queens podcast so I thought I’d give it a go, and my oh my!!! I am SO happy I found you two beauts! I LOVE hearing your enthusiasm and interest in history and in architecture and the New York mob! I’m only on episode 4 but I can’t stop listening! Thank you for doing so much research and letting me go along with you on your journey to figure out Anna! ❤️❤️❤️
Samae!
Love the style of the podcast
I do wish finding new podcasts wasn’t so difficult because I just discovered this gem today . I love that the two hosts are professional, funny without being disrespectful to the family and more of what the true crime genre needs.
