Eye opener or I must say brain opener!!
Every time I listen to the episode, I learn something new. I love how Kanwal explains different perspective, the different way of handling a circumstance and a whole new approach. The way she uses real life examples (“Joy” episode) to explain scenarios and emotions, is wonderful!! After listening to this podcast and taking live coaching sessions with Kanwal, I have been able to stop myself from unhelpful habits and replace them with healthy alternatives. I highly recommend listening to this podcast!!
