Helpful, personal information

I’m going through my first (successful so far) pregnancy and find the Juna podcast SO helpful. They discuss so many topics that I had no idea existed, let alone knew to ask about (here I come, pelvic floor therapy). It feels like you’re listening to your friends sharing all the real real you need to know, but better because they’re experts and aren’t telling you what to do.
Thank you Sarah and Juna!

Best pregnancy and postpartum podcast!

I love this podcast because it talks about everything under the sun when it comes to pregnancy and postpartum. Great, helpful info, fascinating true stories and a lot of hilarious moments too. I recommend this for all moms, moms to be, dads, dads to be ... really anyone who’s interested in childbirth, maternal health and parenting.
