    # 11.2 The Plan for Your Post-Bachelor Path with Ramon Sirilertworakul (Pare)

In this episode, we're diving into a critical question that looms over many students: "What do I want to do after graduation?" It's a significant query, demanding reflection on what truly excites and motivates us. We want to spark the idea that it's beneficial to start thinking early about what you want to do and how you want to do it. For instance, I never questioned whether I would pursue a master's degree; for me, it was a given. However, we believe that contemplating your future can be crucial, and taking the time now to consider your path can significantly reduce the pressure of deciding what to do later on. This episode is here to empower you to achieve great things and unlock additional opportunities for your future by asking yourself what you want to do after Bachelor.

    # 11.1 Post-Bachelor Career Jumpstart with Pare

    # 11.1 Post-Bachelor Career Jumpstart with Pare

In this episode, I'm excited to introduce you to Pare, one of the iconic figures I met during the first week on campus. It's always intriguing to hear stories about people finding their best friends at university right from day one. For me, that person was Pare, with whom I navigated my entire bachelor's journey side by side. After our bachelor's degrees, our paths diverged - Pare ventured into the industry, starting as a trainee, while I embarked on my master's degree. Today's episode will explore the possibility of diving straight into work after completing a bachelor's degree, shedding light on the transition from academia to the professional world.

    # 10.2 The Oater - Benjamin Auer

    # 10.2 The Oater - Benjamin Auer

In the second episode, Benjamin Auer (Benji) introduces us to the company the oater, of which he is a co-founder. He founded it during his engineering studies at the RWTH, where he continued to run it alongside his semester abroad in America and is now based in the InnoDome Cologne with the entire team. In this episode, you'll get an impression of what the path to a startup looks like and what tips Benji has for you if you're ready now. The episode is characterised by lots of one-hand tips for us interested engineers, what you should consider when networking, steps to founding a company ... I found the two approaches on how to found a startup particularly exciting, either as we found out in episode 6 with Jonathan Vossen, you found a startup when you have an idea that just makes sense. This episode is about an alternative path - the interest in entrepreneurship and the will to pursue your dream here to get into it.

    Enjoy this special episode.

    # 10.1 From Dx Group to start-up: Benjamin Auer

    # 10.1 From Dx Group to start-up: Benjamin Auer

As a student at RWTH, you often dream of becoming a manager in a large DAX-listed company. That was always the case for Benjamin Auer (Benji), until one day he came to Ludwigshafen, where the start-up scene was flourishing, and while he cycled to the company every morning, his flatmate was working on his own start-up. Connections like this can sometimes be the start of something very special, for Benji it was the start of his entrepreneurial spirit. You'll find out where that led in the next two episodes. Just this much can be revealed - together with three friends, they founded The oater and, after 2.5 years, turned it into one of the most exciting start-ups in Aachen. I've heard about their first company from time to time in everyday life and the oater has also been on my radar from time to time. Have you ever heard of them?
