Full of great info for those with ADHD

I stumbled on this podcast last week and binged about 20 episodes while cleaning and re-organizing my house this weekend. There was so much relatable content and valuable takeaways that I’ll definitely be re-listening when I’m able to take some notes. It’s been so affirming to learn from two great hosts who know what it’s like to live with undiagnosed ADHD and provide me with hope for what is possible.
