I look forward to every Monday to see what Ché and Anna have to share. After following both beautiful souls for a few years now, via Instagram, etc, it is inspiring to listen to and feel a part of their journeys — spiritual, emotional, and even their careers. It is so interesting for me to observe the ways in which Anna and Ché balance each other and have influenced one another positively. Thank you to both women for all you do!!! 💓💓💓

My favorite podcast ever!

I get so excited every Monday when I know Ché and Anna are releasing a new episode! Their podcasts lift me up, inspires me and they really relate to so many things women are going through. From energy work/shifts, day to day discussions or how-to’s, mindfulness, nutrition, routines and so on, you can learn so much from these two lovely ladies.
Their conversations are fluid, easy to listen to and packed full of amazing content. I send this podcast to everyone! If I’m speaking to someone and they mention something their going through I can send them a specific episode where Ché and Anna have talked about that very same thing: gut issues, sleep patterns, low energy shifts and beyond. These two are a perfect ying/yang to each other offering different point of views with intuition, creativity and passion with facts and knowledge and examples. The way their conversations flow and the way they can compliment each other through each episode is wonderful, you will never be disappointed (until it ends and you have to wait another week! Haha).
My only suggestion is to make more episodes each week:)
