As the Mother of two men, I am moved to find Kyle leading with his heart and sharp intellect. What a pleasure to listen to an integrated King invest in continued growth. Thank you for being on the path.

I found Kyle’s podcast after bouncing around from Aubrey , Paul Chek, Ben Greenfield 2 years prior to Covid , and Kyle being a father and husband related more to me than all the others . He also has never been seeking supplements or books or anything. Kyle is humorous, humble , and ALL HEART. He still brings wonderful conversations and he allows his guests to share their story - where ALL the people named above who talk to try to convince us how smart they are.

Update: I’ve been listening to Kyle for years now. My review below still holds true, however, it’s amazing to me how much I continue to learn and grow from listening to Kyle speak. I’d never have thought to look up some of the guests he brings on the show and I would have missed out on so much personal growth had I not continued to tune in. Now that I have a commute again I get to listen during my drives, my daily walks, my cardio, and before bed (come on now, y’all know he’s got a soothing voice to help you relax before bed!) big thanks to the man himself, Kyle! You’re awesome brother, thank you for everything and keep the amazing podcasts coming. If you haven’t already listened to Kyle’s podcast WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!? Get going! This man is so down to earth, humble, and hilarious. His guests are always top notch, and his Fanny pack game is the strongest I’ve ever seen!

I am feel so blessed to have come across this podcast last year since the beginning it has been one of the biggest tools in calling back in my family tribe to each other and something bigger within each of us the resources and conversations Kyle has here have been inspiring in so many ways THANK YOU to you & your team 🙏🏾 @nel_elena_
