She stars in the upcoming live-action Paramount+ film “Dora and the Search for Sol Dorado” (premiering July 2, 2025) as Sabrina, Dora’s aunt and Diego’s mom. Most recently she was seen in Netflix’s critically acclaimed limited series “Griselda,” starring Sofía Vergara. She also provided descriptive English audio for blind audiences on Netflix, voicing every female character in “Griselda.” She is a two-time winner and thirteen-time nominee at the prestigious Society of Voice Arts and Sciences Awards, the founder of Latyna Studios, and Director of the Spanish Program at the Voiceover Atlanta Conference. This July she is also headed to San Diego Comic Con to represent the globally popular video game Brawl Stars in which she voices ‘Shelly.’ She also has two stage productions coming up: “Daughter Knows Best” at the Brisk Festival in Santa Monica, and “Enfrascada,” written by Tanya Saracho, for the Big Bear Theater Project this October 2025. DID YOU KNOW:   In California, although nearly 39% of the population is Latino, only a small fraction pursue careers in journalism (12%) or law (6%). 44% of first-generation Hispanics were the first in their families to attend college, compared to 22% of whites. Since retiring from his legendary 64-year career as the Los Angeles Dodgers' Spanish voice, Jaime Jarrín has poured his heart into the Jaime and Blanca Jarrín Foundation (JBJF), which he co-founded with his late wife, Blanca, and Los Defensores, JBJF's corporate fiscal partner, which provided the seed money to start the foundation.JBJF uplifts underserved LATINO students in California by awarding scholarships to those pursuing careers in law and journalism, fields that reflect Mr. Jarrín’s belief in justice, truth, and storytelling.
