Even though we often resist it, change is inevitable. 7 Signs of Good Mental Health – 196

Did you know May is Mental Health Awareness Month? I think it’s great that we have an entire month dedicated to mental health, but it seems like most of the conversations focus on mental illness. And while that's definitely a crucial part of the conversation, it’s not the whole picture. No one really talks about what good mental health means or how to cultivate it. Good mental health isn’t simply the absence of mental illness, and it isn’t feeling happy all the time. So what is it? And how can we tell if we have it? Join me for this episode, where I answer these questions and more. www.lessdramamoremama.com/196

    This Is Hard – 195

    This Is Hard – 195

Last week I had five coaching sessions back to back, and in four of those sessions, the moms all cried and expressed the same sentiment: This is hard. One mom said she felt defeated. Another said she felt judged. Another felt guilty, like she was doing everything wrong because she often got pushback on her boundaries. Maybe you’ve been there, too. With Mother’s Day around the corner here in the U.S., there are a lot of beautiful and fun parts of motherhood to celebrate. AND I hope you celebrate that you are doing the hard thing. You're showing up the best you can even when it feels challenging and unmanageable. And that's worth celebrating! If you’ve ever felt defeated, overwhelmed, or like everything just feels hard, this episode is for you. www.lessdramamoremama.com/195

“I Like Me and I Matter”: My Interview with Lindsey – 193

“I Like Me and I Matter”: My Interview with Lindsey – 193

Over the past two years, I've had the privilege of witnessing one of my clients transform herself and her relationships. When Lindsey reached out to me for support, she had hit her "rock bottom." She was yelling at everyone in her family, finding reasons to be angry with them, and not liking herself as a result. I'm thrilled to report that everything has changed for Lindsey since we started working together back in 2020. Tune into this episode to hear Lindsey talk about how she went from struggling with resentment, guilt, and unworthiness to having a strong sense of self-worth and self-confidence. www.lessdramamoremama.com/193

Real tips that really work

Pam’s podcast is so refreshing because it doesn’t pretend to deliver the impossible: perfectly behaved kids. Pam focuses on the things we can control. How we think, how we feel and how we act and react to our experiences as parents. We’ve spent years looking outside of ourselves for these answers!

This is an awesome resource!

I love listening to Pam because her delivery is so down to earth and she incorporates some real life examples into her subject matter. So believable. She’s positive, upbeat and I love the way her podcasts and website bring that positivity to her listeners and social media viewers. Right down to the music and lay out she uses and the loving mamma and child logo and colors.
Visually and audibly stimulating as well as the engaging and helpful content!
But the gems are truly in her content: Sound parenting advice and problem solving discussions!
Her podcast is concise, professional and pleasing to the ears!
I love the way she teaches me to courageously face my parenting & grand parenting dilemmas while reassuring me that there is hope and solutions. If I am open, they might be easier than I think!
A very clean, healthy, helpful approach to lessening the stressors of parenting. I can’t wait to free up the love that drives the passion and dedication to my children and grandchildren, by letting go of fear and drama thanks to Pam’s help & constructive information.
Can’t wait to hire her as a life coach some day!
