Uplifting and encouraging
I feel better after listening to each episode, and have hope to continue working through my trials. The struggle to overcome challenges is very real, but appreciate the practical advice, including to just go another step with the hiking analogy in one of the episodes.
Very judgmental
My local right wing talk radio station. Had this on and of course its just as judgmental as the rest of there shows. This world is many shades of gray, so when a show on talks in black and white to each subject. It just feels so gross.
