MARTIN: Martin Pytela here,  Life Enthusiast, health coach. We should talk about chemical sensitivities or the environment. Last week we talked about nutritionals, specifically sweeteners. What is in your food? Well, the “what is in your food” continues with the chemicals.

Curious stuff has been going on since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, but especially kicking off after World War II. Lots and lots of chemicals have been added to the food that we eat. Some intentionally as additives and some unintentionally as contamination. The main issue here on my mind today is called environmental illness or chemical sensitivity. That happens to people, and more and more people are being affected by that.

Chemical intolerance caused by environmental exposure. Children are now becoming affected to the point where they are being registered in the national birth registry, caused by either solvents, volatile organic compounds, pesticides, things like formaldehyde, carbamate, nitric oxide, inflammation, superoxide.

The story goes like this: the food produced at industrial scale is being controlled or added to specific additives, with the intention of extending the shelf life. It’s an important thing, of course, right? Shelf life of food makes it less expensive. When your food is not spoiling on the shelf, you have less that you have to throw away.

I remember back when I was a kid, baking was fresh stuff, the white bread stuff. We used to have bread rolls and stuff like that. They were good only for one, maybe two days. After that they would be let go to dry and they were used in ground up baking as in breadcrumbs. Bread like sourdough style bread that would last maybe 4 or 5 days at most.

But it was best fresh, right? We would buy as we wanted, what we wanted, as we needed, fresh. I remember milk lasted one day. Well, maybe not even a whole day. Even things like beer, when I was growing up, it was not pasteurized and it was only good for maybe 4 or 5 days on the shelf. It needed to rotate, it needed to be made fresh, and it didn’t have a long shelf life.

What had we started adding? Things are either preventing mold or things that are preventing visual spoilage, like brown spots, black spots, and so on. So some are antifungals, others are antioxidants. Let’s call it that.

The two most famous ones, BHA, BHT, they are added at a certain level. They have been established as .02 percent of the fat content of your food can be in BHA or BHT, which is “safe for you.” Well, it probably is. I don’t know,

    Podcast 473: Watch Your Water

In this episode, Martin explores Dr. Ardis’s groundbreaking research on venom peptides discovered in the “safe and effective” experiment. Dr. Ardis’s findings reveal that these venom peptides are also being introduced into our water supply. These toxins impact the nicotine receptors in various organs such as the kidneys, bowels, brain, heart, ovaries, and testes. Discover the antidote and other effective strategies for counteracting these poisons by using purified, filtered, and structured water.

If you’re curious to learn more about Dr Ardis’s research, visit the links below.

MARTIN: Good morning. This is Martin Pytela, Health Coach at Life Enthusiast. Last week, I talked about the lectures by Dr. Brian Ardis. He originally released a documentary about “Watch The Water,” as in, he started discovering venoms. Venoms from poisonous creatures, snakes, and insects, and sea creatures like mollusks, specifically conotoxins from cone snails. Anyway, he started discovering them in water. And he realized that the military-funded research has made it into companies, one of them is famously named Gilead. Other companies are manufacturing these snake and other toxins in the form of peptides.

And these peptides are able to be packaged into what’s known as plasmid. And this plasmid is a tiny packet of DNA that is surrounded by the mRNA delivery technology that’s essentially liposomal. A whole bunch of words about technical, how this is put together. But the bottom line of it is that it is made by bacteria that have been genetically modified or by molds or fungus that have been genetically modified or yeast. And these things, once they are delivered into the human body, are infinitely reproducible and reproducing. Unlike other things that we naturally encounter for which there is an on and off switch, as in a gene. Every gene that we have genetically in us has a signal that turns it on and signal that turns it off.

This new technology that has been developed in labs and released out into the wild doesn’t have an off switch. Once in, it just continues to work and continues to reproduce and continues to affect the physiology of the humans and probably other animals like dogs, cats, horses, goats, and everything else that it gets into. This is an experiment that may prove to be quite destructive to many things. Anyway, what Dr. Ardis explained is that these things can be aerosolized, and aerosol is something that is small enough that it will float in the air.

There are two competing theories of how illness happens. One of the theories is the seed theory or Germ theory. They declare that seed is always the dominant feature and by that they say is that the germ being the equivalent of the seed falls in wherever it may fall in and always will bloom into the plant that it was meant to becom...

Podcast 472: Biodynamic Water Filter System

It has been scientifically proven that water is a cage-like molecule with the remarkable ability to store frequencies and information. In today’s podcast,  Charlles Bohdy joins Martin Pytela to discuss his personal journey of discovering water’s unconventional properties and defying society’s conventional teachings about water. Upon recognizing the inaccuracies in his prior water education, Charlles embarked on experiments with filtering and structuring water back to its most pure and true form. Tune in to discover why this Biodynamic Water Filtration system offers a unique and superior alternative to the standard water filtering units on the market that we prevalently see today.

CHARLLES: Well, thank you for having me. It’s a true pleasure. I also enjoyed our previous conversation.

MARTIN: Hi, everyone. This is Martin Pytela, and with me today, Charlles Bohdy. And Charlles comes to me with a very, very interesting story. He and I talked, and we’re going to do a bit of a repeat of that because the world needs to know people like Charlles. Charlles Bohdy, welcome to Life Enthusiast podcast.

MARTIN: Great. Yeah, it takes one to know one, doesn’t it?

    CHARLLES: Yes, sir.

MARTIN: We call it a meeting agenda, what we want to cover. Did you want to lead in?

    CHARLLES: Yeah.

MARTIN: Why does the world need to know about what we have to offer? What is the matter with water that people don’t really understand?

CHARLLES: Boy, I’ll tell you, that is a deep subject and a wet one, as my dad used to say growing up. And the real truth is that water is, it’s something that makes up 70% plus of our bodies. And it’s all around us. It’s required for health. You die without water much faster than you die without food. Air is the only thing that you need more of than water to stay alive. And in order for us to understand water, we really need to do a deep dive because we’ve been taught in school that it’s a simple chemical H2O, two parts hydrogen, one part oxygen, and that’s it. It’s water. And we’ve got to drink it every day. And that’s about it.

MARTIN: Water is so mysterious because if it weren’t liquid, you really chemically should think of it as a metal.

CHARLLES: And it’s anomalous. You know, water defies so many different things. There are so many anomalous features of water that it truly beggars belief. Its capacity to absorb heat is phenomenal.

MARTIN: Yeah, the magical four degrees centigrade that allows the creatures that live in water to survive in water even when it’s frozen.

CHARLLES: That’s right. That’s right. And we’re just taught to, we don’t even think about water. It’s around us. We have to drink it every day. That’s about it. Some of us that are water enthusiasts, we like to go to the beach or go to our backyard and enjoy our swimming pool. But it’s not something we give much contemplation to. Some people are paranoid about drinking tap water. So they buy bottled water from the store thinking that they’re doing themselves and their bodies a favor.

MARTIN: Hello everyone, this is Martin Pytela for Life Enthusiast podcast and today with me, my long, long term collaborator Scott Patton. Scott, welcome to the show.

SCOTT: Thank you Martin. Happy to be here. Good to see you again. Merry Christmas everybody.

MARTIN: This is the annual Martin and Scott. Let’s review the year behind us. And let’s make some predictions for the year ahead of us. Let’s try. I’m feeling somewhat somber at this stage because we are really in the last four weeks of Pluto in Capricorn.

    SCOTT: Yay!

MARTIN: Yay! Hey, listen to what’s coming. It’s gonna be really interesting. But anyway, we’ll get to that.

SCOTT: Can’t be worse. Famous last words, right?

MARTIN: Yeah. My year has been quite challenging personally, in multiple ways. Like, so many things have just pushed on my buttons in so many ways. How about you?

    SCOTT: Um.

    MARTIN: Not so much?

SCOTT: No, not so much, actually. When you said this was the last four weeks of Pluto, wherever it is.

    MARTIN: Capricorn.

SCOTT: I was thinking, what popped in my head was, thank goodness, because it does feel like the old paradigms are sort of crumbling apart. Being in Canada and being Canadian, it just seems like Justin Trudeau has done some awful, awful things in the last few years. And it just feels like everything around him is crumbling, like nobody really believes him anymore. And I shouldn’t say nobody, because there’s definitely a group that is never going to change. But it just feels like we’re getting close to the end of The Dark Night.

MARTIN: Oh, yeah. He is definitely going to be facing the consequences of whatever. As you sew, that’s what you’ll reap. And when you sew distrust and contempt and entitlement, I don’t know what all he has, He represents so well the spoiled brat and entitled people.

    SCOTT: Yes.

    MARTIN: Right.

SCOTT: Yeah. And I really feel like their time is coming to an end.

MARTIN: Well, let’s just define: this theme being astrology. Pluto is a transformer. Whatever it touches, it transforms. But not in a nice way, it leaves behind ashes from which the new crop will grow.

SCOTT: Yeah. And that’s the way I see it, like in Canada, is like we’ve had these massive wildfires that have destroyed huge masses of land. And of course, the ash is now on the ground and fertilizing.

MARTIN: Yep. There’s new forest. There’s a new forest rising right on the floor of the burnt one.

MARTIN: Hello everyone this is Martin Pytela Life Enthusiast podcast. And with me today Jorgé Ureña, or as the Canadians and Americans would probably do George Urena.

    JORGE: Yeah.

MARTIN: 20 years later you almost forget what your real name is right?

JORGE: Well, it’s always been George, and it’s just in Canada the pronunciation is a little bit different though. But yeah my name is pronounced in Spanish as Jorgé, okay? It’s quite difficult, probably for an English-speaking person, but George is fine. I mean, my friends at school call me George all the time.

MARTIN: You more than I are involved in feeding the world, feeding the world in a quality way.

JORGE: For 20 years, we’ve been involved in bringing the best of Peru to the world. We started with Maca, Camu Camu, the vitamin C product from the fruit. Yacon, and grains, like quinoa, kiwicha, and kaniwa. We got into Cacao Chocolate as well. I mean healthy chocolate with no sugar. So every day we have new creations, and we incorporate quite a few ingredients we work with in new developments. We proudly say that we excel in innovation, and today we’re going to be talking about one of these products, which is totally off—I mean, the supplement world, in a way. Okay, we’re talking about healthy ready to eat food. But it’s not a supplement.

MARTIN: So, well, let’s describe it, right? It starts way back, 2,000 years ago. We have Hippocrates, the “let thy food be thy medicine and let thy medicine be thy food,” right? Alright, right there at the beginning, and it happens so often with me saying, “You don’t have a supplement problem; you have a fork problem. You are making yourself sick with what you’re eating.”

JORGE: It is true, yeah, yeah. Most of the supplements that we have in the market, through different brands or different categories of products, they’re basically 100% food. It’s just, they’re called supplements because they’re in a dosage presentation,

MARTIN: Hi, this is Martin Pytela from Life Enthusiast. And today with me is Bob Peterson, one of our long, long, long time customers. Hello Bob, welcome.

BOB: All right, hi, how are you doing Martin? Good.

MARTIN: I’m doing fine. Considering the years I’ve been around, I’m doing just fine. Bob, how long has it been since you started buying the Exsula products?

BOB: I was trying to figure that out. I think it’s been 24 years.

    MARTIN: 1999, 1998? Like that?

    BOB: Yeah, yeah.

    MARTIN: Okay.

BOB: Maybe it’s been 24 years. I think that’s what it was. That’s what I figured. Yeah.

MARTIN: Okay, that’s awesome. So I guess it’s, well, I don’t want to put words in your mouth. Do you remember how the world was for you before or during or after you started using the products?

BOB: Yeah, I remember a friend of mine who just passed away from cancer, pancreatic cancer at a very early age. The lightbulb went off in my head and because my parents were also not doing really well. So I decided that I was not going to go down those roads. And I didn’t want to end up like my friend or my parents. So, I decided that I was going to do everything in my power to make sure that it didn’t happen to me. I was talking to a lady who’s involved in another business with me and she told me about the products. I think the product she introduced me to first started with a Q, though the name escapes me now. It was a while back. She shared some stuff we were making together.

MARTIN: I think you’re thinking of Quantum.

BOB: Right, Right. It was like an Iridesca light, that product. I really liked it. I started with that and then got intrigued by other products from Exsula. So, one by one, I began purchasing them. I’ve used almost all, if not all, of them. I can’t recall if I’ve used every single one, but I’ve definitely used most of their products.

MARTIN: So what do you use these days?

    BOB: Well, I use Iridesca, Strata-Flora, a href="https://www.life-enthusiast.
