    🔸 Nothing in a galaxy. 🔹 Parts: P: say something! P: you’re just saying that because it’s recent, going on memories P: fear, parts can’t speak w james, it can’t happen. Would be out of control. There's nothing in there P: ladder/rope climber, hanging on, have to speak up w dad and brother, performing E: nothing person. Could have connection w dad through affection but not through knowledge. Too young to know what I wanted. Craving his attention. Dad is all words. 🎓 What I'd like to do differently: Get more comfortable with implicit direct access. Parts of me worry that to the listener, especially newbies, that might not sound like IFS. Maybe we need a disclaimer “warning: what you’re about to hear may not sound like IFS.     🔸 First is worst? Making it work for dad. 🎓 What I'd like to do differently: Why are my prompts missing the mark? Why am I rushing the witnessing? Why am I getting blended? We speak every two months or so, I get lost in the context shifts, the windows to connect come and go, and then her Self steps in and makes me irrelevant. And of course I'm dealing with my own mad parts. I took a shot steering towards exile, and when we found that connection, I wanted to push the gas before story-teller closed the window. Prompting you-turns wasn't so effective, I could have done that better, but instead tried being more direct to the exile. She had given us so much. It’s just fine to be afraid P everything is fine. 🎓 What I'd like to do differently: IFS works in the dark? I assume. I should follow up in a few days. I went w shotgun approach, obviously could sound pushy/hunty, but when I get no response, I just want to open the menu. With hindsight, would do less.
