Just be young and tall

I expected some insights into how to re-frame my thinking about creativity. What I heard is that if you are not 'tall' (and good looking) or older than 22 yrs (pre-frontal cortex calcified) then you are screwed. Not at all inspiring but reminds me of the backward thinking during my MBA days where a beard would prevent you from getting a job. Just look around now at the bearded and uniquely coiffed 30 somethings on the cutting edge. BTW, I am over 60 and still creative but the beard is gone. Not an inspiring first podcast, not likley to listen further.
