Favorite coaching podcast
Really great topics and conversations! I am a collegiate field hockey coach and find the topics and conversations very insightful.
Where Science Meets The Nuance of Coaching
These two gentlemen do a terrific job of combining their joint experience, with current running trends, technology and science to create the best run coaching podcast on the market. They recognise their bias when they have it and do a really good job of following the science. This is a podcast strictly about running for runners and coaches. I’ve incorporated a lot of their suggestions into my training and coaching with good results.
Keep up the great work!
Update: Great content; poor mic/audio technique
Update: Aug. 2023--sad to say, I'm unsubscribing: can't handle the loud and disruptive sound of Steve constantly bumping/banging on his mic.
I appreciate the content, suggestions, historical context, and general tone of caring towards the athletes. Thanks for sharing your expertise. Steve, for the sake of your listeners, please exercise these basic mic techniques: please stop jostling/banging your mic (you do this on your Growth Equation podcast, too), and please use your mute button if you feel a cough coming on. I don't drink alcohol, but for those who do and who enjoy drinking games: "eck-cetera." :-)
