I can’t count on you - Marriage and relationship help

I can’t count on you - Marriage and relationship help

One of my biggest, most profound philosophies when I redefined my life, was learning how to build trust within something I call internal credibility. Being a man, I respect and someone I can count on when the crap hits the fan. I wasn’t prepared for this most recent experience while attending a three day seminar with Jeanne and two of my daughters.
This episode began as a check-in and quickly change directions as I said the phrase “I can’t count on you” that seems harsh it may not be exactly what you think.
Another one of my core philosophies you’re aware of if you follow this program awareness is a weapon as a force or opposite simply once you’re aware of something the power is in your hand to change it or accept it.

Marriage - Neglect and the danger it poses to your relationship

Marriage - Neglect and the danger it poses to your relationship

Jeanne and I have just come off of one of the most challenging weeks in our marriage in recent years.
A week long vacation missing romance. How did we get to that point !? The anguish I felt as the week went on and I found myself at the end of each day feeling so alone, but how ? We made some memories of a lifetime out there in paradise, things that were so full of awe, gratitude and joy. Due to a few missteps by Jeanne and I in the beginning of our trip things unraveled and caused a wedge between us. The feeling of neglect was heavy, like a weight almost unbearable. This was my experience for 3.5 days or so I thought. Where did it begin ? Join us for this episode as we open this discussion and seek to understand how things got to the place they were. Then we lean into the question of where do we go from here.
Make sure you share this show !
Help us broaden the platform and reach more men and marriages ! Thanks !

Where do we go from here - Major issues in our marriage.

Where do we go from here - Major issues in our marriage.

Neglect, anger, resentment, sadness and pain aren’t the words one might use to describe a week long dream vacation in Hawaii. We’ve always promised you as our audience we would be as transparent as possible. This weeks episode will only further solidify that commitment. Fresh off this weeks vacation in Hawaii we cover that painful details of a trip to paradise and everything that went wrong as it jeopardized the intimacy within our 24 plus year relationship. A wonderful week filled with wonderful memories, amazing friends, breathtaking views. Copious amounts of Blessed fellowship were had over delicious meals during this God given vacation of a lifetime threatened to be overshadowed by heartbreak and miscommunication between Jeanne and I; repeatedly one after another until the moment it all went silent.

Loved the idea of accepting the way your partner gets things done

When I was listening to the episode about being overwhelmed and burned out, it really resonated with me that you have to learn to accept that your partner does things a different way and it’s not always up to your standards. That was an important message.

Family Man

It’s so refreshing to see a man fully committed to his family! It’s not often that we hear of him nor see him in person. Quincy is just that, and to share his past experiences and wisdom to help many other marriages, is admirable. Jeannie is his perfect match, they definitely refine each other. I love how they sacrifice so much for each other and their kids.
