Deondray Gossfield is an American producer, director, screenwriter, and actor. . He is known for "The Chi," "The Chadwick Journals," and "Legendary." He has been married to Quincy LeNear Gossfield since 2014. Deondray and his husband, Quincy LeNear Gossfield wrote "Had U," which won first place at Showtime's Digital Media Festival for Best Experimental Short in 2000. Thereafter, The Gossfields worked on "The DL Chronicles," and thereafter gained work as producers on reality TV shows such as "America's Best Dance Crew," "The Sing Off," "Shake It Up Make Your Mark Ultimate Dance Off," "Family Dance Off," "The World Dog Awards," "Roast of Justin Bieber," and the talk show "Kocktails with Khloé." Quincy LeNear Gossfield is a Director, Producing Director/Supervising Producer of Paramount+ Showtime's acclaimed hour-long drama series "The Chi." He and his spouse/partner, Deondray Gossfield, are dubbed the "Godfathers of LGBTQ+ TV." They are the creators, writers, and directors of the iconic GLAAD award-winning anthology series, "The DL Chronicles," a predecessor of LGBTQ POC series such as "POSE." "The DL Chronicles" achieved the historic distinction of becoming the first African American cable TV series to be nominated and win the GLAAD Media Award in 2008. The Gossfields later created and directed the Amazon Prime spin-off series "The Chadwick Journals," which won the 2021 Telly Award and garnered a 2020 Daytime Emmy® Nomination. As a TV producer in both narrative and unscripted, Gossfield has developed and produced specials and scripted series for networks such as Cinemax, ABC, Disney Channel, MTV, Sony Television, CBS, CW, SyFy, Comedy Central, and more. For the first ten years of LeNear's diverse career, he found success as a television and film actor, having co-starred and appeared in multiple motion pictures, TV series, and national television commercials. He is an active member of the Director's Guild of America, the Producer's Guild of America, and the Screen Actors Guild. He and his partner/spouse are the co-founders of the Russelli & Hall Company production company.

They highlight Editor Eric's journey from art to film, his upbringing, educational experiences, and the challenges faced in film school. Eric stresses the importance of collaboration in editing and storytelling, along with personal reflections on impactful films and experiences growing up in Philadelphia. For editing "Dope Thief," Eric leaned on his past as well as pushing the series forward with very distinct montages, fast-paced action scenes, and knowing when to let scenes breathe for incredible performances. Eric Litman, ACE, is a seasoned editor and a proud member of the American Cinema Editors. He grew up outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and earned his BA in Film from Temple University’s Film and Media Arts School before receiving his Master’s in Editing from the prestigious American Film Institute Conservatory. Eric’s editing career took off with "Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," where his work earned him a spot on the cover of Cinemontage in 2015. He played a key role in crafting many of the show’s most memorable premieres and finales. Since then, Eric has edited a variety of fan-favorite series, including "Black Sails, ""Magnum P.I.," "Charmed, "and "Star Trek: Picard." In addition, he cut "The Hot Zone: Anthrax," a limited series produced by Ridley Scott’s Scott Free Productions for Nat Geo. Currently, Eric is an editor on Netflix’s One Piece and the Apple TV+ series "Dope Thief," produced by Ridley Scott and Peter Craig. Susan discusses how collaboration with showrunners and the "Me Too" movement significantly impacts women's opportunities in the film industry. She goes over how networking leads to career advancements, especially in television, while challenges from her long tenure on "Grey's Anatomy's" first season are recounted. The conversation also explores the future of editing, focusing on legacy and mental health. Susan Vaill, is an editor of both comedy and drama series, including “Hacks,” “This Is Us,” “Space Force,” and “Grey’s Anatomy.” Susan’s love of music-driven storytelling has led her to be described as ‘a legendary music supervisor masquerading as an award-winning editor.’ In 2022 Susan won the ACE Eddie award for Television Comedy Editing for the “Hacks” episode, “1.69 Million, as well as a 2021 Emmy nomination for editing the “Hacks” episode “Primm,” and an HPA Award for editing the “Hacks” episode “Falling." Born and raised in Los Angeles, Susan first entered the film industry in an ‘80s Doublemint gum commercial and the Hal Ashby film “Bound For Glory.” She studied film theory and art history at Williams College and got an MFA in film production at USC. After assistant-editing on documentaries and feature films like “The Last Samurai,” Susan edited over 70 episodes of “Grey’s Anatomy” which won the Golden Globe for Best Drama Series in 2008. Her very first episode "Into You Like A Train" was nominated for the DGA Award in Drama. Susan also directed three episodes of the series, one of which featured an Emmy-winning performance by guest actress Loretta Devine. After a decade at "Grey’s Anatomy," Susan turned to comedy, editing the HBOMAX series “Hacks” led by Jean Smart, “Space Force” led by Steve Carrell, “Grandfathered” led by John Stamos, and “Me, Myself & I” led by Bobby Moynihan and John Larroquette. She returned to drama to edit the upcoming HBO limited series “The Time-Traveler’s Wife,” the award-winning NBC drama “This Is Us,” and the critically acclaimed AMC dramedy “Lodge 49.” Her “Lodge 49” episodes "Circles" and "Le Reve Impossible" earned spots on The New York Times’ and Entertainment Weekly’s year-end lists of Best Episodes of Television of 2019.
