Wisdom & relationship reminders

I have been listening to this podcast for a while, and I find it to be such a helpful way to be reminded of how to show up as my best self in my relationship. Lots of great wisdom from Zach and Laura from their many years as couples therapists. I would say the guests can be hit or miss, but the two hosts are really solid, funny, and down-to-earth. Also Zach has definitely gotten better about not interrupting ;)

Refreshing

I don’t normally write reviews for podcasts, but I just had to for these two! Sometimes I take a break from listening to podcasts. When I open up my podcast app again I’m always excited to listen to new episodes from MTR! I love how raw their discussions are and they don’t sugar coat anything. I’ve learned a lot from them and have been able to apply what I learn to my own relationship. ❤️ thank you! P.S. Try Tipsy Cow burger bar in Redmond when you two go on your friend retreat!

Relatable, helpful, all-around excellent

Zach and Laura explore topics that of course pertain to marriage, but also to every kind of relationship. I love their realness. Sure, I love the dad jokes and stories about timeshares, but the meat of their podcast is how navigate complex issues within our relationships, marriages, and ourselves. Excellent.
