My favorite podcast!

I am new to the podcast and a brand new mom, and I have absolutely loved listening to old & new episodes. In a time where I’m battling physical pain, exhaustion, and increased anxiety, I can see firsthand how easy it is to let things start to slip within a marriage. I’m so grateful that this podcast has given me some incredible tools to implement, and I’ve already noticed a huge, positive difference in my relationship with my husband and my own personal outlook on life. I also really love the rapport and banter between Zach and Laura; it brightens my day!

Adultery

Adultery is nothing to play around with. Speaking from experience. Have listened to your podcast for six months or so. Just recently decided to stop. You guys are taking some level of intimacy that belongs to your spouse and giving it to each other. I have a Gottman book that says limerence requires great focus in its latter stages; the kind of focus required for monogamy doesn’t lend itself to having that level of intimacy with anybody else. I care about you two and don’t want to see you with broken hearts. Seek the Lord. He is the only one who can truly love you and pour enough into you that you won’t need this podcast, can turn toward your spouse and away from each other, and pour meaning into your relationship with Him. Don’t continue down this path. It does not lead to anywhere good.

With love,

Matthew

It is a cool conversation, I’m here for it.

Zach truly does make me smarter. Laura truly does add the perfectly inappropriate comments and level of expertise that is unmatched. Zach is hilarious, Laura is entertaining. I love every episode, my relationship is better today than it was yesterday… because I listen to this podcast. ❤️❤️❤️ all the love -your biggest fan
