Mesa Top Loop Audio Tour—A Pueblo Perspective on Mesa Verde
This audio tour is 40 minutes long. You can listen along in your car as you drive the six miles (10 km) of the Mesa Top Loop, or listen on your phone as you explore the ten stops along the way. You can also follow along from your home or school to explore Mesa Verde virtually.
The Mesa Top Loop Road is open daily, 8:00 am to sunset. Along the road, you’ll find short, easily-accessible paved trails to view twelve archeological sites, including surface sites and overlooks of cliff dwellings—the ancient homes and villages of the Ancestral Pueblo people who lived here for more than 700 years.

Fantastic Audio Guide
TJ did a beautiful job of setting the mood for this tour. She describes the times in details that you can picture her ancestors in these well preserved places.
Thank you TJ for making a wonderful piece of history come to life for my family. Your ancestors I’m sure are very proud.
Fantastic, can't miss tour!
I can't imagine a visit to Mesa Verde without this tour. It was the perfect introduction to the main loop and the history of Pueblo people in the Mesa Verde region. We were able to listen in the car, and we listened to some of the stops while we were walking from the car to the site. TJ was the perfect narrator, the history and descriptions answered so many questions (and ones we didn't know we had.) The humor and personal connection meant so much. Thank you!!!
Beautiful
Lovingly narrated by a native pueblo person, using relevant and important info while still speaking lyrically and imaginatively along the tour. Thank you!
