I have been listening to the podcasts and find them so helpful. I have incorporated things I have learned into my daily life. I appreciate that you are taking the time to educate people. Fantastic

Started Metabolic 5 weeks ago and am in love with the whole experience . I listen to these podcasts and it's amazing how much more I'm getting from the workout because of what I'm retaining I g from these podcasts. Thank you guys for keeping me focused on my lifetime goals!
