these were good exercises, but they no longer play….
Excellent guided meditations
These meditations are under appreciated. Each is excellent and valuable. The 40 Minute sitting meditation is the foundation of my practice. I turn to it again and again. I have no idea why these meditations are not more popular nor what other meditators are looking for if they do not find these meditations worthy. A heartfelt THANK YOU! To Mr. Chaskalson.
