I’m a big fan of eckhart tolle and his books the power of now and a new earth. Dr Puff’s podcast is like listening to those books in small real world practical chunks. After getting tired of listening to the same audiobook over and over, these fresh podcasts keep me interested and reminded of how to be present and maintain my mental health. This podcast has reduced my need for 1:1 therapy/counseling sessions as well as it is always available 24/7. Thank you Dr Puff you have changed my life!
